Information of ISYO

ISYO Logo

Isabella Sports Youth Organization (ISYO) has changed the lives of thousands of young athletes over the last decade.
Since our inception in 2013, our afterschool and summer programming has enriched at-risk, underserved youth by following activities.

This year we are asking for support to continue our mission of making active sports engagement available to youth facing barriers.

This year, we aim to update fitness equipment and enhance the lives of over 1,000 youth and adolescents through our physical fitness training programs, nutritional education, and self-esteem building to combat childhood obesity
and aggressive behaviors.

With your contributions, we can purchase the necessary fitness equipment for the extra demand of youth in underserved
areas in the Tri-County area. By becoming a sponsor of any tier, you are supporting the youth in your surrounding
communities to find fun, friendship, and fitness in a healthy, safe, drug-free, anti-bullying environment.

    Metthew Marshall

Born in 1979 in Clare, Michigan, I split my childhood between Michigan and Florida. At 12, I found solace in boxing, thanks to a former boxer from Port Huron. Despite initial losses, I persisted, achieving a 21-6 record by age 17.

After moving back to Michigan, I worked at Chrysler and Asundh for five years each, then spent 13 years as an inventory specialist and forming operator. At 40, I rediscovered boxing in Bay City, balancing it with being a husband and father to Matthew and Lily.

Now, at 44, I work in inventory management at a Michigan hospital.
